Lidl offers its employees a wide range of perks, from health support and work flexibility to family benefits and a fair work environment. The company's goal is for every employee to feel special and to know that the firm truly cares.
Benefits that don't fit on a standard billboard. The problem, however, was that potential candidates often have no idea how many specific advantages a job at Lidl can bring. When the company decided to make these benefits visible, it hit an unexpected obstacle: there were so many that they simply couldn't be squeezed onto a standard billboard.
Lidl decided not to compromise and instead changed the rules of the game. We created a special campaign that far exceeds conventional dimensions, just like the employee benefits themselves. The main output featured giant cash register receipts filled with an endless list of benefits, which the company placed directly onto Slovak streets. This unconventional and visually bold form of communication immediately grabbed the attention of passersby.
The result was immediate public reactions that didn't take long to surface. The campaign clearly demonstrated that at Lidl, benefits are extraordinary not only on paper but also in reality. Because when employee perks are exceptional, the way the company talks about them must be impossible to miss.
