Radio Vlna is primarily a source of cherished memories for its listeners. Music and legendary concerts from the 80s are an integral part of their lives, and the station regularly reminds them of these "good old days."
Today, merch is a natural part of the music business. However, in the 80s, no such thing existed here. Even though the concerts were legendary and the fans just as passionate as they are today, this "capitalist luxury" was completely unthinkable at the time. We decided to settle this historical debt after 40 years. We created unique merchandise that never existed—a limited edition of items dedicated to artists and their concerts from four decades ago. To achieve maximum authenticity, we used period-accurate graphic elements and a visual style that looked exactly as if it were designed in the 80s, including designs reminiscent of vinyl record sleeves
This move sparked immense excitement among Rádio Vlna fans. Merchandise that originally never existed managed to evoke genuine, time-tested emotions. It proved that this is exactly what Rádio Vlna is about—paying tribute to an era we lived through together.
